Terms & Conditions

By using the facilities, you agree to:

  • Leave the fields as you found them. Not picking up dog waste or litter will result in future use refusal. If you find anything left by someone else, pick it up and inform us. Reserve 5 minutes at the end of your session to ensure the park is clean.

  • Leave promptly at the end of your session; overstaying will restrict future access. If you arrive early, wait in the spare parking spaces with your dog(s) until the previous user leaves to avoid stressing nervous or reactive dogs. Never enter the park while it is in use.

Arriving & Leaving

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Stay in your vehicle with your dogs until it's your turn to use the fields. Letting dogs out in the car park can affect nervous or reactive dogs.

  • Wait until the field is empty before entering. Inform us if the previous user is still there when your booking starts.

  • Once the field is clear, secure the gate, drive into the inner parking space, and close the gate behind you gently.

  • Always close the park gate upon leaving, even if someone is waiting. This keeps entry safe for everyone. Do not share your passcode with anyone.

Liability & Damage

Use of the field is entirely at your own risk. Ruuff Roading does not accept liability for the death or injury of any person or dog, or for damage to any property. Ruuff Roading also does not accept liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses, or other liabilities incurred while onsite. The behaviour and actions of you and your dogs are your sole responsibility, and no claim can be made against Ruuff Roading.

You are responsible for any damage caused inside and outside of the field by you, your dog(s), or any person in your party. All dogs must be covered under their own third-party insurance (public liability insurance). This is usually included in your pet insurance.

Etiquette

Ruuff Roading is a peaceful environment for all. Give space to others, both people and dogs. Disrespectful behaviour may result in a refusal to use the parks. Respect the surrounding areas privacy and minimize barking.

Guidelines

  • Please ensure no littering or leaving toys or uneaten treats in the field. Dogs may ingest these items and become unwell. Kindly take all belongings with you at the end of your session.

  • Smoking is prohibited on site.

  • Grooming activities are not allowed on site.

  • Encourage dogs to use the designated digging pits. Any holes dug outside of this area must be refilled and reported for safety and security reasons.

  • Maintain a maximum ratio of 4 dogs per 1 adult at all times.

  • If you choose to share your slot with others, it is your responsibility to ensure they read and accept these Terms of Use. Additionally, please ensure that all dogs are compatible before bringing them to the facility.

Equipment

Ruuff Roading is not responsible for any incidents involving death, damage, injury, or loss to any person or animal while using the facility or its equipment, nor to any third party as a result of any person or dog.

The equipment is intended for canine use only. Before using the facility or its equipment, consult a veterinarian to ensure that dogs are physically fit and capable of performing the activities. Do not use the equipment in wet or icy conditions, as surfaces may become slippery.

Dogs should not be lifted and placed on obstacles. When using equipment above ground level, dogs should wear a harness for support during the exercise.

Do not force dogs to perform activities beyond their physical or mental capabilities. Allow dogs to progress at their own pace and always provide them with the option to opt out of an activity.

Begin with smaller versions of skills practiced in a controlled and gradual manner with multiple repetitions. Shaping techniques, which involve rewarding each successive step toward the final goal, are recommended.

Ensure dogs warm up properly with several repetitions of simpler behaviours before working on more complex skills.

Health & Safety

Do not bring your dog if they were unwell in the last 48 hours. This could harm other dogs. Never leave dogs unattended in the field or in vehicles.

Check the weather forecast to ensure you and your dog will be comfortable. The field can be muddy in winter and hot in summer. If the weather is unsuitable, cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations & Amendments

Any cancellations Must be made 24 hours before the scheduled booking, cancellation within 24 hours or a no show is non- refundable.
